Where can I get tickets to Horror Realm?

Tickets can be purchased at the door. Tickets may also be purchased in advance through our ticketing partner, Showclix. Please visit the Tickets page for a link.

How much do tickets cost?

Admission is $7 for the con only, $10 for the con and Zombie Gras party combo ticket, and $5 for the Zombie Gras only.

Zombie Gras is open to 18 and older. You must have a valid ID.  

Kids 12 and under are admitted for free but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Where can I stay when I come to Horror Realm?

You can book a room right where the convention is held! The Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh South is offering a special $104.99 (plus tax) room rate for Horror Realm vendors and attendees. Visit the Hotels page of the web site for details. BUT – you must make your reservation by February 29 to take advantage of this rate!

The Hotels page also lists other hotels in the area in case you get shut out of the Crowne Plaza. There is no special room rate at any of the alternate hotels.

Can I take video of the convention or any of the panels? 

Video cameras are permitted at the convention.  However:

·         Celebrity guests are not to be taped without their permission. This includes the movie discussion panels.

·         Same goes for the author panels.

·         No videotaping in the movie room.

·         Anyone with a video camera should stop taping at the request of any other persons at the convention.

Violators will be subject to ejection with no refund.

Can I come to the convention in costume?

Sure!  Just please don’t bring along any props that look like or could be used as a weapon.  If you do, we reserve the right to ask you to leave it outside or check it at registration.

If a staff member asks you to remove a mask, please do so.

Can I bring my own beer to the dealer room?

Outside alcohol is not permitted. There will be a bar in the convention lobby just outside the dealer room in addition to the hotel’s regular bar. The convention bar will feature soft drinks, beer, wine and liquor. Prices will be reasonable. Please have your ID handy and drink responsibly.

Beverages are permitted in the dealer room – BUT you must exercise care.  If you spill your beverage on any guest’s or dealer’s merchandise, YOU bought it.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Not all vendors accept credit cards so to be on the safe side, bring cash.  There is an ATM in the hotel lobby plus a number of local banks within ¼ mile of the hotel (Citizens, PNC and First Niagara).

You may pay for convention admission with a credit or debit card, pending a successful authorization by our staff.
